Vinted bulk upload: how to list many items fast

Updated 2026-10-27

Vinted itself has no way to upload many listings at once: every item is its own listing. What takes the time, though, is rarely the clicking. It's switching between photographing, measuring, writing and pricing for every single item. Doing each step for the whole pile at once is much faster.

1. Photograph everything in one go

Set up one spot with daylight and a plain background, and photograph item after item: front, back, the brand tag, the size tag and any flaws. Take the photos in the same order every time, so you know where one item ends and the next begins.

2. Measure while you're at it

Write the measurements on a note next to each item, or say them into a voice memo. Pit to pit and length for tops, waist and inseam for trousers.

3. Write the listings in a batch

Use one layout for every listing: title, a first sentence about what it is, size and fit, measurements, material, condition and flaws. With a fixed layout you only fill in the details.

4. Price them together

Look up sold prices for similar items once per type of item, not once per item. Then price the whole pile in one round.

5. List them one after another

With everything written and priced, listing goes fast: open the sell form, add the photos, paste the text, pick the category and size, publish, next.

Doing it with Snabblista

In Snabblista's Many items mode you drop in the photos of the whole haul at once. It groups them by item and writes every listing (title, description, size, condition and a suggested price) while you wait. Then each item is one click per site to fill in the sell form on Vinted, Depop, eBay, Tradera and more. You check it and press publish.

Let Snabblista write it for you

Add photos and get the title, description and price in about ten seconds. Then fill the sell form on any site in one click.
