Vinted listing template: copy, paste, fill in

Buyers on Vinted scroll fast. They read the title, look at the photos and open the description to check three things: size, condition and measurements. A fixed template makes sure those are always there, and it makes every listing quicker to write.

The title

Brand + item + detail + colour + size. Put the words people search for first.

Leave out words like "beautiful" or "nice". Nobody searches for them, and they take up space that search words could use.

The description template

[One sentence: what it is and what makes it good.]

Size: [size on the tag], fits [small / true to size / big].
Measurements (lying flat): pit to pit [x] cm, length [x] cm.
Material: [from the care label].
Condition: [very good / good / worn], [flaws and where they are].

An example

Classic Levi's 501 in a light stone wash, straight leg with button fly.

Size: W32 L32, fits true to size.
Measurements (lying flat): waist 41 cm, inseam 79 cm.
Material: 100% cotton.
Condition: very good, small fade on the back pocket (see photo 6).

Fill in the fields too

The text is only half of it. Vinted's filters use the fields: category, brand, size, condition, colour and material. A listing without a size or brand doesn't show up when someone filters for it, however good the text is.
